How do I pay for my booking?

Two ways: pay in full by bank transfer before you arrive, or reserve now and pay on arrival — transfer a 30% reservation deposit to hold your apartment, then pay the balance at check-in by cash, card (POS) or transfer. Payments go to Plot40 Apartments, FIDFUND MFB LTD, account 1100067401. Send your proof of payment on WhatsApp.

Can I book the conference room?

Yes — a 4-hour session (morning or afternoon) is ₦50,000 and a full business day is ₦100,000. Pick your date and time in the booking form.

How will I know my payment was received?

After transferring, tap “I've made the transfer” on your booking confirmation (or under My Booking). We check our FIDFUND MFB LTD account and send you a confirmation on WhatsApp and email as soon as the money is received.

What is the cancellation policy?

48 hours or more before check-in: 100% refund.
Between 48 and 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before check-in, no-shows, or after check-in: no refund.
